Items purchased at full retail price may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase if they are in new condition with original packaging. Items can be returned for Chews Green store credit within 30 days of purchase. Must be in new condition with original packaging. Items will not be accepted for return if they are damaged, soiled or have dog hair on them. All sales are final on discounted/sale items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping will be charged for exchanges.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged merchandise.
If an item is received damaged we will replace it if in stock or refund your money. Please submit a claim ticket via email with a copy of the invoice and picture of the items received.
SHIPPING POLICY Most Items will ship within 2 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Defective merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase. A replacement item will be shipped out at no charge. Please open up a claim ticket at Support@ChewsGreen.com ASAP if you see that your merchandise has been damaged upon arrival. Please provide a picture and description with your claim ticket.
